History
Custom Benefit Administrators was founded in 1991 by Richard Dee and Mark McCauley in order to provide professional and highly personalized service to their clients.

A strong emphasis is placed on courteous, efficient service, which has enabled CBA to grow well beyond its original staff of one employee. The person who performs an administrative service is the same person answering your phone call inquiries. This ensures that your questions are answered by an employee who is completely responsible for, and familiar with, your transactions. Ongoing training is provided to all staff members so that they may remain abreast of this ever changing industry.
